First dish... Beijing Duck... This is the first time i try this dish in my life... according to my dad, the main thing for this dish is the roasted skin of the duck, it is wrapped inside a poppia-like skin with cucumber and another vege which i forgot what's that vege...
actually my dad wanted us to do it ourself, but at last the waitress did it for us 'live'
the leftover skin.... which i don't know who ate it...
at first i also thought... that? just the skin of the duck? then come the duck haha...
the deeper colour paste was for the 'duck skin popia' thn the lighter one is for the duck...
this is a fried rice... this is also the first time i eat this kind of fried rice... very 'soupy' feel...
